This was, without question, my worst experience at a dealership. When I arrived at 8 am, employees were complaining and swearing about the number of cars in line to be serviced. There seemed to be little concern about the message being conveyed to customers. It seemed to me that someone screwed up scheduling and the simple solution would be to offer a reschedule with some kind of discount to anyone who could reschedule. But instead, people walked around complaining. I simply had an oil change and spark plug replacement and my car wasn't ready until nearly 4:00. And I wasn't alone. A woman in the waiting room said that she was getting an oil change and got there at 10am and was still there at when I left. Lastly, I question how thorough my visit was. When I asked my account person if there were any concerns, he said he didn't think so. Perhaps I'm confused with another dealership, but I recall walking out of the dealership with a multi-point assessment that tells me how my vehicle is doing and any concerns. I received no information. This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Didn’t like the way the service member I had was scolding me about not getting my 45k mile checks done like he was my disappointed father and tried guilt tripping me with my own children to get my tires changed. Also not a fan of how it cost me $20 more than normal. $150 for an oil change when I get one done every 3 months is crazy. :).

Patrick from service was great! I have nothing but good things to say about him! However the service tech who worked on my vehicle did not put my vehicle back together. I entered my vehicle to leave and found the glovebox and cabin air filter sitting on the passenger floor board. My vehicle was there from 8am to 5:30pm. I did not have time to go back inside to have someone put it back together so I had to myself once I was home.
